Maintenance professionals play a vital role in creating an exceptional apartment community. As Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for handling complex work orders, mentoring junior techs, and helping lead preventative maintenance efforts. Work Schedule & Availability
Maintenance Technicians work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional support for resident events, as needed.
