• Tech I II Le vel – Minim um of 5 -7 ye ars of m aintenan ce exp eri ence ( ele ct rical, pl umbing, H VAC, we ld ing, pneu matics, and gene ral m aintena nce) re qu ir ed.
• M ec han ical exp erien ce in a food man uf ac tur ing plant prefe rred.
• Abili ty to bec ome f am iliar with any ap plica ble OSH Aregula tio ns (e.g. h aza rd c ommunica tio ns, lockout/t agout) a nd ap ply th is k nowle dge to daily dut ies requ ired.
KEY RESPONSIBILIT IES:
• M ai nt ains pl ant and pla nt equi pme nt incl ud ing but not lim ited to mixers, produ ct ion belts, slic ers, pa llet j acks, pne um atic p umps, di sh washers, and ov ens.
• Ac ti vely pa rt ici pa tes in C ontinuous Impro vement pr ojects and pro ces ses.
• Communica tes w ith vend ors to ens ure a va ila bility and prices of rep lac eme nt pa rts and or servic es.
• Per forms eme rgen cy and r ou ti ne rep airs as need ed.
• Parti cip ates in the GF SI F SSC22000 y ea rly au dit and assists in the dev elo pme nt of pro cedures and c orrec tive a ctio ns.
• Adher es to the pl an t’s H az ard An aly sis C ri ti cal Co ntr ol Point ( HAC CP) plans. • Fol lo ws all Good Ma nu fac tur ing Pr ac tic es (GMPs).
• Per forms othe r d ut ies as a ssigned.
