Performs maintenance service and/or repairs of all residential, commercial and/or off-campus properties in two or more areas of skill including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, machine servicing, and electrical repairs or installations for the properties maintained by Real Estate department. Estimates time and determines materials required to complete various projects. The Maintenance Technician II will complete these repairs and preventative maintenance as required for the general upkeep of the properties of Real Estate department. Performs all work under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, and in accordance with established safety procedures.

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
