Shift(s): Multiple days/shifts available (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)
Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $32.31 - $40.38 with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $32.31 - $48.46. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for shift differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.

The Must-Haves:
● High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
● 3 years or greater related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment.
● High voltage electrical experience is required.
● Current Driver's License and clean driving record.

Your Mission in Motion:
● You will ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly, responding in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns.
● You will maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems.
● You will change and repair parts of conveyor systems, as well as rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
● You will use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
● You will perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean-up, conveyor and equipment clean-up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
● You will conduct daily inspections of machinery for potential problems.
● From time to time, you may be called in after hours to ensure MHS (conveyor) systems are working at optimum capacity.
● You will maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.

Paving your way to your success:
● You must possess the ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform job duties.
● You must utilize company tools and have the ability to purchase new tools as needed.
● You must demonstrate knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls in distribution, shipping, and sorting environments, VFDs, and electronic motors (480V).
● You must possess knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), PMs (Preventative Maintenance), and 3-Phase electrical work.
● You must have the ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints.
● You are required to have mechanical and or electrical work experience.
● You must possess knowledge of OSHA requirements.
● You must have the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operations, occasionally working extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
● You must have the ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis.
