Job DetailsJob Location: Caroline Heights - Elm Grove, WI 53122Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.00 - $27.60Job Shift: DayMandel Group is searching for a full-time apartment Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Caroline Heights Apartments in Elm Grove, WI.
In this role with Mandel, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiencies and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.

Duties of a Maintenance Tech include:
Perform general maintenance services such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
Respond timely to resident maintenance work order requests and notify management upon completion of requests or of pending work order needs.
Be available to work some weekends and night work.
Keep amenity areas in clean and operable condition. Maintain and monitor all safety related equipment and required records.
Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
Perform routine maintenance on vacant units in the most timely and efficient manner prior to new resident occupancy per Mandel standards.
Grounds keeping duties to include trash removal and cleaning.
Requirements for the Maintenance Tech:
Prior maintenance/facilities experience
Recommended but not required skills /certifications:
EPA Universal, type 1 or 2, certifications
CPO certification
1-3 years maintenance/facilities/HVAC experience
