The Maintenance Technician II will perform routine building maintenance tasks for up to 15 facilities involving the skills of two or more fields to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of Goodwill facilities in excellent repair. Duties may involve, but are not limited to, repairing drywall, installing door handles, replacing toilets, running electrical wires, replacing ballasts, changing light bulbs, securing plywood, repairing concrete, fixing door closures, securing mirrors, filling potholes, and other general maintenance tasks. This position will require designated on call responsibilities. This position is expected to support Goodwill’s overall Mission by working with, mentoring or providing learning opportunities for clients/program participants. This position must have the ability to perform job duties with little supervision.
Duties include but not limited to:
Travel Required: Yes, this role requires travel between Goodwill locations in Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia, using a company vehicle.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm) flexible schedule, can vary depending on department needs.
External Hiring Range $22.00 up to 24.00/hour
Retention Incentive: $1000 retention incentive after 6 months of employment
