
Job Title: Maintenance Technician I
Job Status: Part-time, up to 28 hours per week
Under direct supervision, the Maintenance Technician I uses basic knowledge and skills obtained through on-the-job training to perform routine maintenance on ACCESS’ buildings and grounds. Supporting and fulfilling the needs of ACCESS facilities and programs so that they can perform their work in the community through coordination of capital resources and first responder to address facility matters. Perform the day-to-day tasks to maintain the physical assets of the properties. Responsible for consistent excellence in the care of the facilities including building open, set-ups and tear downs, cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
