The Role
The Maintenance Technician, under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operational areas which may include buildings, conveyors, electrical and performs related work asrequired The job will entail preventative maintenance,troubleshootingand repair of heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position will be working with PLC controlled equipment, pneumaticpowerand electricity with voltages of up to 480 volts.Develop andmaintainproductive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and othersAlways represent the company in a positive and supportive manner

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role,includebutarenot limited to:
Under generalsupervisionperform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance activities including patching and painting walls, patching floors, replacing lights, repair racking, office furnituremoves,and setups and other facilities related tasks.
Under generalsupervisionperform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities to include minor troubleshooting,repair,and preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment.
Document all work worker activities including labor, parts and inventory used and closing the work order to provide documented records of the maintenance performed
Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures and other safety and environmental procedures and policies asrequired
Who You Are
Ability to read andcomprehendtechnical manuals
Experience working effectively under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
Knowledge of OSHA compliance is a plus
Approachable, Team Player, Adaptable

Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC
Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
Conversational Spanish skills a plus
Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and Word programs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Multi-task in a fast-paced work environment that has a strong customer focus
Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with co-workers and managers in acooperativeconstructive manner.
2-4 years’ experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
2-4 years’ experience working around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motorskillsand industrial electrical systems.
Experienced with hand and power tools
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s License
Forklift Certification
