Your Role
As a Maintenance Technician I, you play an essential role in keeping our apartment community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. You’re the go-to person for day-to-day maintenance needs, helping ensure our residents love where they live. From quick fixes to preventative care, your work directly impacts the quality of our community.
What You’ll Do

- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance shops, mechanical and service rooms, and storage areas.
- Work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams, and vendors.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to help reduce long-term issues and downtime; perform basic scheduled maintenance on tools, equipment, and building systems as assigned.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and fair housing guidelines.
- Support the team with additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned, in response to evolving operational and business needs.
Grounds & Seasonal Responsibilities
- Help maintain attractive, safe grounds by removing debris, rubbish, and hazards.
- Perform landscaping tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, watering, and leaf removal.
