We're looking for a dependable, experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical systems, solving problems, and working independently while supporting multiple locations, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple company facilities throughout Arizona.

You'll report directly to the Facilities Maintenance Manager while working closely with Operations, Store Management, and outside vendors to ensure our heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems remain safe, reliable, and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and rooftop equipment.
• Replace filters, motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and complete repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and specialized service.
• Travel between company locations to support facility maintenance needs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to prioritize multiple service requests.
• Experience working independently across multiple locations.
• A dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Commercial HVAC maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Arizona Driver License.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
