JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, respond to repair requests, and help ensure a safe, welcoming, and exceptional environment for both guests and associates. Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Fix plumbing problems such as repairing leaky spigots and faucets, leaking pipe work, Valves and pumps. Perform miscellaneous repairs as required such as minor electrical works, changing pumps, motors, steam rooms, saunas. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication and repair. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Communicate with guests/customers when necessary to resolve maintenance issues.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or Construction qualification
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• No supervisory experience is required
• Electrical qualifications required
• Adaptability - Ability to effectively adjust to changes in work tasks or the work environment at short notice.
• Applied Business Knowledge - Understands overall business, financial metrics, key performance indicators
• Building Strategic Working Relationships - Skilled at developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

• Communication - Skilled at clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media; engaging the audience and helping them understand and retain the message.

• Planning and Organizing - Skilled at establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently.
