
The Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier, Cockeysville, seeks experienced maintenance candidates to work a minimum of 20 hours each week. Final candidates must be able to work during normal business hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and repair of the parish and rectory facilities. Performs a variety of routine maintenance and repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and janitorial tasks. Must be self-motivated and identify issues / problems on the campus. Must be able to use a computer and work with contractors. We are looking for a handyman / jack of all trades. Must be on call and able to assist in emergency situations, responding when necessary. Must have prior maintenance experience. Candidate must live within 30 minutes of the facility and must have own transportation. We are a smoke-free campus.
