Maintenance Technician Facilities
Job Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the plant building to ensure optimal operating conditions. Maintain critical equipment such as chillers, compressors, and lighting systems to help prevent major breakdowns and reduce plant downtime. Efficiently manage the use of tools and spare parts required during maintenance activities, ensuring proper control and availability of resources. Generate reports to support the review of pending actions and to track departmental action plans. Ensure compliance with Autoliv standards, systems, and regulations in all maintenance activities. Actively participate in corrective programs and continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
High School Diploma or Technical Degree (TSU) preferred. 1 to 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in machine maintenance areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with L2L ticket tracking and follow-up. Basic knowledge of Electrical systems. Basic knowledge of Mechanical systems. Availability to work flexible schedules, including rotation across three shifts.
