Job Description

People & Organization (PO) focuses on our employees, Webasto's most valuable asset. PO encompasses a wide range of tasks, including recruitment and development, as well as compensation, labor law, organizational development, and change management.   • Repara si intretine echipamentele din aria de productie astfel incat timpul de opriri in productie sa fie minim.
  • Dezvoltarea, diagnosticarea si modificarea partilor de Software ale PLC-urilor.
  • Alocarea de functii noi in PLC-uri in colaborare cu departamentul ME.
  • Efectueaza intretinerea anuala pe proiecte conform planului anual de intretinere pentru atingerea obiectivului zero opriri in productie.
  • Executa imbunatatiri ale echipamentelor in coformitate cu discutiile, schitele sau desenele de la inginerii de linie pentru imbuntatatirea procesului de productie.
