CNC Maintenance Technician
Seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and facility equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, CNC or manufacturing preferred
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
