Our Capital Planning division supports capital updates to both state-owned and leased facilities throughout the Commonwealth. FACILITES MANAGEMENT & CAPITAL PLANNING ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE:

7.5 hour shifts that begin at 2:00 PM or after and end no later than 10:00 AM are eligible for a $1.00 an hour shift differential. This position is considered essential personnel in certain emergencies and may be required to work outside of regularly scheduled hours, including staying late or coming in early.
This position is designated as a union position and is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement with O.P.E.I.U., Local 6.In this position there will be occasional travel between the courts in the cluster. Position Summary: Performs maintenance activities as directed to ensure proper upkeep of facility infrastructure and grounds. Assists in a variety of skilled trades duties. Conducts daily inspections of facility grounds and alerts supervisor of problems that must be addressed. May complete equipment and systems maintenance activities or sign shop duties.Supervision Received: Works under the direction of a Facilities Systems Supervisor.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:• Assists in a variety of skilled trades duties.
