Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Rivers Edge Apartments - Dayton, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with on-call hours as needed

Pay Rate: $24-$28/hr (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

Hiring Bonus: $1000!

What You’ll Do

• Keep our vibrant community running smoothly and looking its best
• Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more
• Turn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residents
• Knock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer service
• Maintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds care
• Jump into action during on-call hours to handle urgent needs
  

Bring Your Skills

• 1+ year of multi-family maintenance experience
• Strong turnover and general repair abilities
• HVAC experience
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• Friendly, service-focused attitude that residents will appreciate
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and move with urgency
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic tech
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and basic hand tools
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
