Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Traditions at Slate Ridge - Reynoldsburg, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every other week

Pay Rate: $24/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
