Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout a condominium community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the condominium property. Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, drywall repairs, and general handyman tasks. Inspect and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, amenities, and other community facilities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assist with troubleshooting equipment and building issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment. Assist with property improvement projects, installations, and other maintenance-related tasks as needed. Identify safety hazards and report major repairs or issues requiring specialized contractors. Follow established safety procedures and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
