Job Classification: Full-Time

Position Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, on-call every 3rd week (4:30pm-8:00am), which includes Saturday

Salary Expectations: $22.00/hour

Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician I to join our team! This role is responsible to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the community's buildings and equipment.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

• Assists with drywall, painting, and carpentry projects
• Perform minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
• Conduct routine facility inspections
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Become a Certified Pool Operator

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can follow written and oral instructions

• Have a valid driver's license
