Part-Time Maintenance Technician-Join Our Team!
Location: Northfield, Minnesota
Pay: $26 - $28 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible

What We're Looking For
- Boiler License preferred. You will be required to obtain your Boilers License within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the Boilers License exam and study material.
- Strong knowledge of apartment turns and general maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation, you will use your own vehicle, mileage reimbursement
- Must be able to clear an extensive background check
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing apartment turnovers quickly and efficiently
- Troubleshooting and repairing boilers and general maintenance issues
- Providing friendly, professional service to residents
- Maintaining organized work orders and maintenance areas
- Working closely with the property team to keep the community running smoothly.
