In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our facilities safe, clean, compliant, operationally ready, and equipped to support quality patient care, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties:

• Performs routine and specific assignments including minor building repairs, maintenance of fans and air conditioners, plumbing and heating.
• Assembles, moves and installs furniture and fixtures.
• Repairs desks, file cabinets, chairs and other furniture and fixtures.
• Repairs floor and wall coverings.
• Responds to specific work requests from staff.
• Assists Quality Improvement Committee in planning for facility improvements and modernization projects.
• Identifies the need for professional electrical/plumbing intervention as necessary.
• Inspects grounds to ensure safe conditions. Makes recommendations for improvements.
• Be a positive role model for all health center staff.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role, preferred
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Health Center locations as needed.
