West End Living is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting a unique portfolio of four apartment communities in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village area. HVAC experience is required, and EPA certification is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and general property upkeep
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergency maintenance calls
- Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive apartment homes and common areas
- Maintain and organize maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Support preventative maintenance programs and property inspections
- Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards
- Participate in the property’s after-hours on-call rotation
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
- Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.
