Job Location: Lititz, PA 17543

Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 HourlyFulltime, 10 days per pay, rotating weekend and holiday coverage

Shift Time: 5:30am - 2:00pm Training Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing general maintenance, repairs, work order completion, and preventative maintenance across the entire campus. This role also serves as the building custodian, ensuring facilities and grounds remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining maintenance equipment, identifying and reporting safety hazards in compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting overall facility operations. The position requires participation in required training and meetings, a strong commitment to customer service, adherence to compliance and HIPAA standards, effective time management, adaptability, and the ability to foster positive working relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in similar role or specialized training in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or electric required
  • Current and valid PA driver’s license in good standing to operate company vehicle(s).
