From turning apartments for new move-ins to solving complex service requests, you’ll take ownership of real maintenance work that keeps residents satisfied and communities running smoothly.

Total Compensation:

• $23.00–$25.00/hour based on experience
• Up to $3,000/year in customer satisfaction bonuses ($250/mo potential)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality service to residents while contributing to a dependable, team-first maintenance operation
• Complete apartment turns efficiently and professionally to meet move-in deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances with minimal supervision
• Handle service requests with a focus on first-time fixes and strong resident satisfaction
• Support and share knowledge with newer technicians when appropriate
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure outside work meets quality standards
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections as needed

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in apartments, facilities, hotels, or skilled trades
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliances
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability (we value long-term team members)
• Customer service mindset with good communication skills
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
