If you're dependable, resourceful, hands-on, and the person others can count on to get the job done, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Deliver maintenance supplies and materials from the warehouse to assigned locations.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.
  • Purchase maintenance supplies in accordance with COA policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate computerized maintenance logs and document completed work and daily activity.
  • Provide emergency maintenance support when necessary, which may occasionally include evenings or weekends.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and follow through until the job is completed.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of multi-site maintenance experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Preferred: Candidate based in or near East Brunswick, NJ.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple locations and priorities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using email, computerized maintenance logs, and basic technology.
  • Ability to safely operate common maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Flexibility to respond to occasional emergency maintenance needs, including weekends when necessary.
