Full-Time | $65,000–$75,000 Annually
At Children of America (COA), our schools are places where children learn, grow, and thrive. Behind every great school is a team of people who makes sure everything is safe, functional, well-maintained, and ready for the day.
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our schools throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. This is a hands-on, multi-site position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in keeping facilities operating at their best.
Because this position supports multiple locations across the region, we strongly prefer candidates who are based in or near East Brunswick, NJ. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory and managing maintenance needs across multiple school locations.
You'll work closely with School Directors, Maintenance Leadership, and Corporate Management to address maintenance needs, complete repairs, identify potential issues, and help ensure our schools meet safety and licensing requirements.
If you're dependable, resourceful, hands-on, and the person others can count on to get the job done, we'd love to hear from you.
At COA, the work you do directly impacts the schools where children spend their days. We value people who take ownership, work together, solve problems, and take pride in doing their jobs well.
Every repair you complete, every issue you catch early, and every school you help keep running safely contributes to the environment where children learn and grow.
If you're an experienced maintenance professional looking for a hands-on regional role with variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact, apply today and join the Children of America team!
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
Children of America is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities upon request.
All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and the submission of the required state documents.
