As a Maintenance Technician at The Dome Apartments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. You will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks to keep our property in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections and identify issues in apartments and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and tools.
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to handle emergency situations and after-hours work.
