Summary
This position is responsible for performing machine maintenance, repairs, tool installations and removals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Install and service production equipment.
- Perform machine maintenance, repairs, and PM’s.
- Perform lock out / tag out effectively.
- Tool installation, verification, adjustments, and removal.
- Machining, welding, and/or fabrication of replacement parts for production equipment.
- Design and build test equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals and other work instructions.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Work without direct supervision.
- Other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- High school diploma and 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; Associate degree preferred.
Other Skills
- Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.
- Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
- Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information.
- Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
