The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance work, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping.
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with the installation of new machinery or equipment.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
