
In this role at Desert Haven, a 50-unit elderly community located in Odessa, TX, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, common areas, grounds, and resident units. This position supports daily property operations by responding to service requests, performing general maintenance and repairs, assisting with apartment turn-key processes, and completing preventative maintenance.
The ideal candidate will help maintain an organized Maintenance Shop and storage areas, properly manage inventory and supplies, and follow all safety standards and procedures. This position also requires effective communication with residents, vendors, and team members to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for senior residents.
Housing Benefit: A 2-bedroom unit at Desert Haven is provided as part of this position.

Compensation:
Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered non-exempt and may be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $21.00-$21.00 per hour.
