What You'll Do
- Complete resident service requests and apartment repairs
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the community
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry issues
- Maintain buildings, grounds and community amenities
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory, tools and equipment
- Follow OSHA, EPA and company safety standards
- Provide professional, courteous service to residents
- Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of the on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience; multifamily experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs
- EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
- CPO certification is a plus
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
