NOW HIRING – Maintenance Technician | $24.07–$35.01/hr | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Location: Koch Finishing Systems, 10 S 11th Ave, Evansville, IN 47712
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Koch Finishing Systems is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Evansville, IN headquarters. Many of our technicians grow into senior maintenance, controls, or leadership roles over time.

Responsibilities
• Read and interpret owner's manuals, maintenance manuals, and blueprints (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical) to troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facilities.
• Install and debug electrical and fuel systems.
• Wire panels and terminations to equipment from schematics and/or blueprints in compliance with NEC code.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment; maintain a schedule and records of completion.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust.
• Participate in job-related training and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of previous maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform electrical tasks in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
• Current Vanderburgh County electrical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience programming, troubleshooting, and/or repairing programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, or balance for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
