As a Maintenance Technician, your role goes far beyond repairs and routine work orders — you help create a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment where residents and team members can thrive. From preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to responding quickly when needs arise, you play a vital role in protecting the physical space that supports quality care.
