WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Diagnose and repair production, processing, and packaging equipment — planned, unplanned, and emergency
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs and routine reliability assessments
  • Interpret schematics, service manuals, and work orders to drive fast, accurate repairs
  • Support new equipment installation and cross-train operators to minimize downtime
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and take the initiative to act on them
  • Anticipate parts needs and manage procurement ahead of scheduled tasks
  • Maintain complete, accurate documentation in line with SOPs and GMP standards

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING:

Requirement:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years hands-on: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/HMI, or HVAC
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills; English fluency

Preferred:

  • Trade or technical school certification (electrical, PLC/HMI, welding, refrigeration, or plumbing)
  • Manufacturing environment background.
  • Ammonia refrigeration experience
