
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems
Inspect buildings, garages, roofs, and grounds for maintenance and safety issues
Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner
Assist with unit access for repairs affecting common systems (as permitted)
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in safe working condition
Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed
Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and HOA policies
Keep accurate maintenance logs and work order records
