What You’ll Do:

• Perform apartment repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.)
• Respond quickly to resident service requests & after-hours emergencies
• Maintain community grounds, buildings & amenities
• Ensure safety, compliance & quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred
• Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily experience
• Basic tools & reliable transportation
• Ability to handle on-call rotation
• Strong communication & customer service skills
