Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities

 负责按计划执行生产线自动化设备的日常巡检、点检、保养及维修工作，确保设备稳定运行，提高设备OEE。
 负责BPT相关生产设备输送线、滚筒线、升降机构、转台、工装夹具等设备的故障分析与维修，快速恢复设备运行。
 按照TPM及设备保养计划，执行设备预防性维护（PM），降低设备故障率。
 填写设备维修记录、保养记录及故障履历，协助设备工程师持续优化设备维护方案。
 参与设备备品备件管理，提出备件采购计划，控制维修成本。
 配合生产、工艺、质量部门完成设备异常分析及改善，提高设备可靠性。
 参与新设备安装、调试、验收及技术改造工作。
 参与设备安全隐患排查，确保设备符合安全生产要求。
 完成上级安排的其他设备维护相关工作。管理团队，推动员工与公司企业文化的融合。

Other Job Requirements:

25～45周岁为佳

Experience & Education Qualifications:

机械、电子或计算机类相关专业为佳；
2年以上制造业设备维修经验；
有自动化产线、装配线、输送线、机器人等设备维护经验优先；
有医疗器械、汽车零部件、电子制造行业经验优先。
具有良好工作态度，责任心强，勤奋好学，具团队合作精神；

MTTR（平均维修时间）持续下降
TPM计划完成率 ≥ 95%
设备完好率 ≥ 98%
