In this role you will be responsible for maintaining production lines in operational condition, ensuring optimal quality and productivity.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
Participate in SQCDM, QOS, Maintenance, AMG, PFMEA, audits, workshops, and approval meetings, contributing to action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure production continuity by maintaining production lines, prioritizing maintenance activities, and monitoring process parameters.
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, promptly addressing equipment failures and non-conformities.
Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal quality, productivity, and equipment availability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment documentation, process data, indicators, and reports in the relevant systems.
Manage TPM activities, support capacity studies, and assist in developing work instructions and maintenance standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Environmental, Quality, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems, procedures, and regulations.
Participate in risk assessments, emergency planning, and emergency response activities, taking corrective and preventive actions when required.
Support AMG and cross-functional teams by sharing information, providing technical expertise, and contributing to recognition and improvement initiatives.
Promote APS philosophy and drive continuous process improvements through problem-solving and the PCCB system.
If you have/are:
Vocational High School
Mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC experience
At least 2 years of experience in the Maintenance Department
Experience in Automotive
