Maintenance Technician – Richmond, KY
Up to $24/hour (Based on Experience) | HVAC Certification Required | Immediate Interviews

What You'll Do
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready work
- Maintain the grounds, buildings, and community amenities
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
Qualifications
- HVAC Certification required (EPA Type II or Universal)
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
- Pool maintenance experience
- Additional trade certifications
