The Avalon of Lewis Center is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!

The Maintenance Tech assists in the day-to-day functions of the Plant Operations Department such as waste management, security, supply stocking, grounds-keeping and floor care.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician :

  • 1 Performs routine preventative maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
  • 2 Moves furniture, equipment, and assists residents with moving needs as assigned.
  • 3 Performs work orders as assigned, including minor building and equipment repairs.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • 1 High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.
  • 3 Lift and push up to 50lbs. with assistance occassionally

Pay range of $16-17
