Summary:
Seeking a reliable and skilled individual to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout 4 locations – Worcester. Westborough, Camp Wind in the Pines, and Confidential Shelter.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Facilities Director with general and minor maintenance duties
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Director ensuring to report problems and /or concerns in a timely manner
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing doors, locks, or windows.
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a log of completed repairs and follow safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a professional relationship with members, outside vendors, and staff members.

- Reliable and punctual

QualificationsEducation and

Experience:
- High school or trade school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
- Proven experience in building or equipment maintenance preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Perform physicals tasks that include standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
