What You'll Be Doing

• Complete apartment service requests and resident work orders
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Support maintenance operations across three Easley communities
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Certification required
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required
• Pool experience (CPO certification preferred)
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple communities
