What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle apartment service requests and repairs
• Turn vacant units for new residents
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems
• Maintain grounds and shared amenities
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We Need

• 1+ year maintenance experience
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and communicate with residents and team member
• HVAC experience, EPA, and Pool experience required (CPO a plus)
