岗位职责:
对生产和非生产设备开展日常巡检、保养、故障排查与维修,快速解决设备运行中的各类疑难问题,保障设备稳定、高效运行,最大限度降低设备停机时长 专项负责视觉系统的日常调试,精度校准,故障修复,参数优化等工作
3. 按照安排好的保养计划来开展产线设备的保养工作
4. 为产线更换订单提供支持,为生产操作员操作设备提供支持
5. 识别并跟进设备的改进,以提高其生产力
6. 将维修信息传达给上级,并记录维修活动
7. 确保工作完成以及工作场所整洁
8. 遵循安全准则和工作指示,取得操作挂牌上锁资质
9. 与其它维修人员、仓管员,工程师以及生产操作员合作开展工作
任职要求:
学历:全日制本科,机电一体化,电气自动化等相关专业
经验:1年机以上设备维修经验,有贝加莱视觉校准,ABB机械手调试维修实操经验者优先 ,可接受相关专业优秀应届生
技能:熟悉自动化生产线设备结构与原理,掌握电气电路、气动、机械结构基础维修知识;熟悉贝加莱视觉系统校准、参数调试
能力:具备较强的问题排查与解决能力,反应灵敏,动手能力强,能快速处理突发设备故障;服从工作安排,配合生产排班,具备良好的团队协作意识
素养:工作认真负责、严谨细致,有良好的责任心和职业素养,严格遵守公司规章制度,具备安全生产意识
