Job Description

岗位职责：

对生产和非生产设备开展日常巡检、保养、故障排查与维修，快速解决设备运行中的各类疑难问题，保障设备稳定、高效运行，最大限度降低设备停机时长 专项负责视觉系统的日常调试，精度校准，故障修复，参数优化等工作

3. 按照安排好的保养计划来开展产线设备的保养工作

4. 为产线更换订单提供支持，为生产操作员操作设备提供支持

5. 识别并跟进设备的改进，以提高其生产力

6. 将维修信息传达给上级，并记录维修活动

7. 确保工作完成以及工作场所整洁

8. 遵循安全准则和工作指示，取得操作挂牌上锁资质

9. 与其它维修人员、仓管员，工程师以及生产操作员合作开展工作

任职要求：

学历：全日制本科，机电一体化，电气自动化等相关专业

经验：1年机以上设备维修经验，有贝加莱视觉校准，ABB机械手调试维修实操经验者优先 ，可接受相关专业优秀应届生

技能：熟悉自动化生产线设备结构与原理，掌握电气电路、气动、机械结构基础维修知识；熟悉贝加莱视觉系统校准、参数调试

能力：具备较强的问题排查与解决能力，反应灵敏，动手能力强，能快速处理突发设备故障；服从工作安排，配合生产排班，具备良好的团队协作意识

素养：工作认真负责、严谨细致，有良好的责任心和职业素养，严格遵守公司规章制度，具备安全生产意识
