As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining apartment homes and community amenities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and exceptional resident service.

What You'll Do
Complete resident service requests
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Assist with apartment turns and renovations
Support emergency maintenance response
Maintain community safety standards
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate maintenance records
About You
Maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair experience is a plus
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
