Job Description

We are hiring Maintenance people to join our team. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of general maintenance function to ensure safe working conditions and to meet or exceed regulatory compliance. And partners with management team to create and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing-related breakdowns in farms, laboratories, powerhouse, and other operational locations efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify faults in electrical and mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
  • Work in powerhouse operations on shift basis as assigned.
  • Maintain a solution-oriented and strong sense of ownership approach during equipment failures and operational emergencies.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities on annual, monthly, and weekly basis to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Maintain equipment history cards and update maintenance records accurately and regularly.
  • Monitor equipment performance proactively and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, extended hours, and emergency situations whenever required.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to complete maintenance and project-related works on time.
  • Assist technicians, electricians, plumbers, and team members whenever required.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly maintenance reports accurately and within the specified timeline.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in maintenance activities and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate commitment, reliability, and dedication towards organizational requirements and emergency response.
  • Stay within the organization premises and required to attend breakdowns at any time, including during weekly off days and emergencies.

Required Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • Diploma in EEE.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Basic understanding of farm maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and maintenance practices.
  • Need to travel to other locations for maintenance and operational support activities.
  • Ability to maintain reports and maintenance records accurately.
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all company safety procedures, electrical safety standards, and maintenance protocols.
  • Use proper tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) during maintenance activities.
  • Ensure safe handling and operation of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas after completion of work.
