About the Role
The Maintenance Technicianis responsible fortroubleshooting, repairing, andmaintainingplant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. This role supports preventive maintenance programs, collaborates with maintenance and production teams, and upholds safety and quality standards.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and failures on the plant floor
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment safely and thoroughly
Share knowledge with maintenance team members and support SQF, Lean, RBS, and MOS programs
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Utilize the MP2 computerized maintenance work order system to track and manage tasks
Perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, andlifting upto 50lbs
Work in varying temperatures and tolerate exposure to packaging materials, raw ingredients, cleaning chemicals, and lubricants
Perform other duties as assigned
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role. Must have availability to work 2nd (2:00pm – 10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:30am) Sunday through Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays.
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $29.32 per hour. Can earn up to $38 per hour based on skillset.
