As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your maintenance, electrical, and manufacturing experience to troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support production in a continually growing operation. The ideal Maintenance Technician enjoys working in a high-energy environment, responds quickly to challenges, and is willing to be on call when needed. Available Hours:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday - Friday
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday - Friday
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Sunday - Thursday
Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand 480V 3 phase Operation and able to run diagnostic testing.
- Understand and troubleshoot control circuits including 110V AC, 24V DC, relay and ladder logic.
- Clean, lubricate, inspect and test machinery & equipment.
- Diagnose and repair machines and equipment visually and audibly.
- Check vacuum pumps and air compressors.
- Check ventilation system in plant for negative air flow.
- Install new parts into defective machines.
- Repair electrical connection issues on machines.
- Perform preventative maintenance work daily.
- Inspect band saws, fire extinguishers, fire pumps, roof top exhaust units, bench grinders and other related machines/devices.
- Basic knowledge on usage of tools and equipment.
- And other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- 1+ year of electrical maintenance experience
- 2+ years of maintenance within manufacturing
- Dependable and detail oriented
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Comfortable standing 8+ hours daily
- Comfortable working in warm/hot manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
