Job Description


We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our condominium community team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance and possess strong troubleshooting abilities in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.


This position plays an important role in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property while providing excellent service to residents and supporting the daily operations of the community.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the condominium property

  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections

  • Maintain common areas, building systems, and community facilities

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

  • Assist with unit inspections and preparation of common areas

  • Monitor equipment and report any major repair needs

  • Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner

  • Work closely with management, vendors, and other team members

  • Maintain maintenance logs and complete work orders on time

Full-Time


Must be available to work one weekend day, On call for emergency

Pay rate: $20-$25
