Responsibilities/Qualifications

Smith Farms Senior Living Facility in Auburn, IN is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our Maintenance department. This role will be instrumental in supporting our maintenance department to uphold high standards in maintaining a beautiful and secure environment. Part-time Position

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to multi-task and work politely with senior residents
• Experience working with multiple tools, troubleshoot problems.
• Timely completion of turning rooms
• Handling minor repairs particularly relating to the repair of bathroom and kitchen equipment, changing light bulbs, and general maintenance.
• Providing assistance with miscellaneous tasks related to the visual appearance and upkeep of the property
• Keep the Maintenance Supervisor informed of any maintenance issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision

• Must be able to travel to job site in own vehicle
• Traveling a distance is possible, requiring an overnight stay
